Telnet from outside (wan/internet)

i have already setup ddns to access the router remotely via http and it works. how can i enable telnet remotely? access from is lan is ok but not from wan.

Set up a vpn for local access. You should be able to connect with telnet while connected to the vpn. I would suggest you use the pptp vpn at first, very easy to set up.

Honest question: I'm curious why you would pick telnet over ssh. Is there something telnet provides that ssh does not?
