Thread Protocol

I have a security device that uses the Thread Protocol and it becomes unreachable after a while. I was wondering if anyone else is using Thread devices and if they have a similar issue.

Also, any Thread Protocol related configuration options would be helpful.

Thanks
Cheers

The Thread Protocol doesn't use Wi-Fi (802.11), it uses it's own wireless communication system, 802.15.4 (similar to Zigbee). Therefore there's nothing on the router to configure as it's not communicating through the router. I suppose at most the router might perceive the Thread traffic as noise on the 2.4GHz band and want to change channels because of it.
