Time of day blocking

Is it possible to block games and YouTube at specific time of day but allow it at other times? I can block all internet on a schedule but want to know if it is possible if to just block games and YouTube.

Yes sorry I posted in two different areas but in any case no answers. I does this mean it is not possible to do this with a router? I saw a device at bestbuy for parental control and did not purchase as I figure the router should be able to do the same.
