TL-SG105E and NTP?

Been using this switch for about one year. Got one to move wifi router for better coverage, while keep network wallplugs around the flat functional with 1gbit.
It operates quite well when used for basic purposes. There are few problems...

Jumbo packets - once enabled on NAS and client PC, switch start to collect badpkt on receive port upon larger file transfers. So I switched it off.

NTP time sync - nowhere to be found.

I have a chrony NTP server with HA and i made most devices to get in sync with it through dns rewrites. The switch does not appear to have any time sync features in gui, does not call known Or any dns requests for ntp, while its about 1ms off the local time domain.

Any idea how these do sync, and if there is a chance of malfunction?
