Traffic manager Month totals?

I have noticed that the Traffic Managers show different values for Global and Per Device Totals.

The Global value says 28.79 GB, the Per Device total is 17.56 GB.
Is there an explanation for this difference?

Is there an explanation for this difference?

Could be some traffic that was terminated at the router and never got forwarded to a local device.

Could also be related to the current random issues where global traffic isn't entirely accurate for everyone (it's calculated in a complete different method than IPTraffic).
