Traffic per IP?

Is there a feature within any of the firmwares for the RT-AC66U that will allow me to see which of the connected IPs is hogging the bandwidth and then be able to limit the traffic to the offending device with QoS or similar?

Monitoring per IP traffic is only available with Asuswrt-Merlin.
