Does that apply to all models ? I use the default ram setting and my Ac3200 shows daily reports.
Well you'll loose the historical data when you reboot the router. Remember also this is the Traffic Monitor not the Traffic Analyser.

I have in meantime tested to a USB memory
I can see it create \tomato_rstats_b06ebf634d18.gz but it's not changing size 2.06kb in 2,5 hour (I have "Save frequency" 1 hour")
and it's shoving no data

I have now since yesterday had i on NVRAM and this morning still no data

Did you check off:
Create or reset data files:
Enable if using a new location
?

As I wrote above YES

[QUOTE="I can see it create \tomato_rstats_b06ebf634d18.gz but it's not changing size 2.06kb in 2,5 hour (I have "Save frequency" 1 hour")?[/QUOTE]
I have followed "Global traffic monitoring" in this link
https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/wiki/Enhanced-Traffic-monitoring
but i did not find "disable NAT acceleration" But that Was not needed for now
can I check after anything in log-files?
Sven Åke

Just so I understand, the Traffic History save location is saving the data displayed in the Traffic Monitor screen while what's saved on the Statistics tab/screen is in NVRAM?

I have now a new USB stick formate as NTFS
in tool's other setting
- every 1 hour
-I have selected /mnt/USB_8GB/AC_86log/
-Create reset data file YES
and then Apply
and I can see that file is created in 1 of Image
but as you see size is still 40bytes
and still NO DATA
have anyone any more ides ?
any log files to check?

Sven Åke

Is your AC86U in "router mode"?

Do you get your internet feed through the router's WAN port? I see your profile says you have a 4G dongle.

But isn't both WAN ?
dual WAN is from auto setup for 4G E3372e
The Traffic Monitor code wasn't written by Asus so I suspect it doesn't understand dual-WAN configurations.

Is your E3372e the only internet source you have? If so, why are you using a dual-WAN with failover configuration?

If so, why are you using a dual-WAN with failover configuration?
After I removed dual WAN and fail over and restarted
as you suggested
it's now working
short story
E3372 is a Hi-link USB modem that Asus had a lot of problem
my old N66U could not found it at all
it did not find it with shiped firmware on AC86U, as soon as I updated to newest Asus firmware It was OK
Merlin 384.5 was OK 1st time !
THANKS
