Transfer scripts & Swap to new USB Stick

Dear all,
I have two questions.
I am using Skynet, diversion, x3mrouting and VPNfailoverscript with my RT86U on an USB 2.0 Stick.
Additionally I created a 2GB swap file on the stick.

My questions are:
Is USB 2.0 fast enough to use this amount of scripts and the swap file or should I use USB 3.0 better ? How do I know, that the speed of the USB stick is insufficient ?

If so, just backup and restore the JFFS Partition or do I have to do something else to transfer the configuration to USB 3.0 ?

Thanks a lot for your support.
