Transmission pauses before my ratio is met

I'm running entware and the latest transmission on a N66R router. The problem I have been having for awhile now is that once I am finished downloading my file within a few minutes transmission will pause and I never reach my upload ratio. Does anyone know what is causing this?

What is your current ratio value set to? Mine is configured for 1.5 which means it will upload 1.5 times the downloaded file size. Also what is stop seeding if idle for (min) value? Mine is configured for 10080.

It was the stop seeding if idle value.
