I have a TiVo Roamio Pro --same as the regular box but with a bigger HD, 6 tuners, and a built in TiVo Stream. The iOS app lets you download or stream content, look at the guide, set recordings & remotely control TiVo Boxes throughout the home.
Oddly enough, the android app functions perfectly regardless of if this feature is enabled,
With Trend Micro Malicious Site Protection enabled,
-the app is completely broken
-the app constantly loses connection
-when I try to stream or download a video, the TiVo ends up locked up and resets entirely
Who do I need to contact to get this fixed? Trend Micro? Asus?
Has anyone had a good experience in getting a trend micro issue fixed?
I would like to have this feature enabled without losing the iOS app functionality.
One last side note that I found interesting. I figured out that disabling hardware acceleration also fixes this. Howefer, i have had this working beautifully in the past with it enabled. I just found it interesting.
