TUF AX6000 Wireguard

I've been using using OpenVPN with this router and previous ones I've owned.

Today I tried to use wireguard. I enabled wireguard and used the QR code to configure wireguard in android smartphone.

When I activate Wireguard at the smartphone I loose connection to the internet and I'm unable to access the router.

The router logs doesn't have any entry regarding connecting or disconnecting wireguard on the smartphone.

What should be an easy setup is not working. Any ideas how to make it work? Thanks.

You're not trying to connect over your network are you? You need to connect over the Internet so try turning wifi off on your phone.

Wifi was off. I was using mobile data for testing.
