UDP 123 at Digital Ocean?

I use a Firewalla Gold security router. It logs and analyses traffic. I noticed my Merlin RT-AC68U Diagnostic Router is contacting Digital Ocean 208.81.5.45 using UDP 123 'ntp' port. I have ntp activated in Merlin but it uses pool.ntp.org and time.nist.gov fro ntp. Any ideas about 208.81.5.45?

pool.ntp.org will resolve to any number of different IP addresses. It's a "pool" of addresses.
