UI bug? Export certs in wrong section

The Export button for certs in Administration, System tab, appears to be in the wrong section. From what I understand, the button exports the local cert for SSL, which should be in the Local Access Config section. The export button currently appears in the Service section.

He means the setting is in the wrong section of the page. This probably happened as I was doing a manual merge of GPL UI code and the setting got left in the wrong section - should be a simple fix.

Ah right. I didn't understand as that button doesn't exist on the System page for me.
