Unable to upgrade to 386.7_2 firmware

Hello Forum,

I am trying to upgrade to the latest release for my Asus AC5300 router. I downloaded the firmware and tried to upgrade with no luck.. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

If you have USB attached storage, Remove it from the GUI, unplug it physically, reboot the router and try again.

I'm seeing the same problem. The 7.2 upgrade won't stick. I've removed my USB drive, rebooted, and tried the install 12 or so times now. Every time it comes back up with 7.0
