Upload from an RT-AC68U USB drive to another RT-AC68U's USB drive

Want to share files with daughter/son-in-law who also have a RT-AC68U.

I've been reading reading reading and I can't find anything that explains how you can take files from one USB attached drive and send them to another using AICloud, etc.

I know how to turn FTP on one of the routers and I can use Filezilla or WinSCP and FTP them to their router.

It just seems with all the AICloud stuff there should be a way to do so more simply once configured.

Anyone do this kind of thing and if so what steps did you follow?

I didn't use AICloud or any Asus services.
But if you are using Entware you could check the list of available apps and try to find something suitable:
http://entware.wl500g.info/binaries/entware/Packages.html

For example you could try the "dropbox-uploader" if you are already an Dropbox user.
You could also use the nfs mounts and synchronize both hdd with an rsync-script.
