Upload Merlin Firmware

Hi to all
I have an ax58 router and I want to install the latest version of Merlin FW. I read that I have to adjust the nvram value to 1, which I did. When I try to install the FW, I get an error message saying that this is not possible. What am I doing wrong?

I've checked the box, it should be a v2

Usually on the label on the back/bottom of the router.

If on the System Status sidebar (Network map) you see 3 CPU cores then you have v1, if you see 4 then it's v2.

v2 is only supported by the Gnuton fork of Merlin.

I’ve never used it, but from what I read on GitHub, it’s trying to be the same, but always has some unexplained differences (e.g. in QoS often).
