US FCC 802.11 Channel Plan (New Rules v02)

See US FCC 802.11 Channel Plan (New Rules v02) pdf: Slide 1 (fcc.gov)

Does anyone here know the answers to these questions regarding the above channel plan:

1. Is this channel plan the current US rules?

2. It shows max Tx power can be 30 dBm (1 W) for master device (wireless router/AP?) on channels 36-48 and 149-161. Is this correct?

3. Do ASUS US routers support this max Tx power on those channels? I'd like to know what those channels can do is this regard on my AX86U and AC86U.

4. I assume an AiMesh node is also a master device(?).

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this is old news. All the versions of that document I've been able to find are dated August 2016,

Just go look up the FCC test reports for your routers and you'll see the Transmit power test results.
