USB connected printers

I have a HP F4135 that is connected via the USB 2.0 port. My wife was printing coupons and it just went off line

I show these in my log

I can not get it to stay connected. Running 68R and Merlin 41

Well, after resetting everything and re-installing the printer on both laptops this is what was happening and the temp fix I found.

When submitting a print job the printer would print one page and go offline but still show on the router as avail. A reboot of the router would make the printer print the next page and so on.

The Fix:
Disabling USB Reducing USB interference. Fixes the need to reboot the router but you still wait the same amount of time you will eventually get the printer to print something. Its VERY slow lol.

Other then that the router is running fine and super quick for everything else

Others have seen slow printing as well. Have you perchance looked into that and found a reason?
