Usb error in my logs

I have ac86u but when I restart my router I have strange information at initial log:

Feb 14 02:00:17 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: config failed, hub doesn't have any ports! (err -19)

I have usb modem connected and it works but I can't understand this msg.

Can someone check at his log? Is it the same..
