USB Flash mounted read-only - resolved

Hi,
Updated to the latest version 380.58 from 380.56.
A prompt appeared to reboot manually - turned power OFF/ON
Restarted, USB mounted read-only and my Entware services cannot start.
Created pre-mount script.
