usb hdd cannot mount

Hi;
I plug-in an new 4t hdd, it was ext4 format. and router cannot mount; my router was ac68u, and the hdd can be mount on ubuntu (/dev/sdc1 on /data1 type ext4 (rw,relatime,data=ordered)). Anyone knows what's the problem.

usb: USB /dev/sda1(ext) failed to mount at the first try!
kernel: EXT3-fs (sda1): error: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (2c0)
kernel: EXT4-fs (sda1): couldn't mount RDWR because of unsupported optional features (400)
kernel: EXT2-fs (sda1): error: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (2c0)

Check the list and see if you need updated firmware for your router? or maybe the router just doesn't like the disk enclosure...

firmware version : 3.0.0.4.384_10007, I already update to latest one.
