New Around Here
Hi
My usb memory is mounted ok when i click reboot in the web page.

It is also mounted ok if I start first and plug it in later.

When I reboot by just cutting/restoring the power it will not mount.
In syslog I see that the usb/sda lines from the soft reboot are missing, but I see no new errors instead (like it's not even trying).

Is this normal?
Any work-around?

(It is a Kingston DataTraveler 8G, newly formatted on windows. Health Scanner says it's ok)

Router model? firmware?

I have had the same problem with my RT-AC5300. It has never mounted the USB from power up but only when I reboot after the start using the browser.
I don't know why I just know that it has always been that way with this router.
