Video signal over CAT5e

My house is wired with CAT5e using a Procurve unmanaged 24 port switch with a patch panel. The phone signals are going over CAT5 too.

I like have my video cable going over the CAT5 too. I looked around for a product that convert coxial to CAT5 and vice versa but did not any products that works.

Any recommendations?
