Anyone ever own or look carefully at this Vizio dual-band WiFi router with USB? Website says it's $79 MSRP; I saw $59 at Amazon; and can be had on-line at Vizio store, Amazon, Costco, Wallmart...

Seems too low-price. Manual says it does simultaneous dual-band. If it lacks integral gigE, you'd have to connect it to an external switch for your gigE LAN.
