Vpn/dns/ip?

Hi,


I configured my vpn in France + france DNS ..

But my ip appears in France but dns always in Germany.. I used one time cloudflare 1.1.1 1 but I changed to france DNS cause I need to have both in same location to have Netflix french libraries but even if I add france dns.... I still have the German libraries... even if my ip is in france..

Ideas?

Netflix and VPNs can result in strange things happening on your device/ try again later sometimes it just seems to settle

But without netflix, with the cloudflare dns , I'm always in germany.. and +.. when I'm outside of my wifi network, on cellphone with my isp internet, my personal ip has changed.....
