VPN over WiFi problem

Hi, I am using Asus RT-AC68U which has Merlin 380.59 installed. I am having problem connecting to office VPN over WiFi. The error message is that identity could not be verified, error 778.

The OS I am using is Windows 10. The funny part is that using LAN it works.

Any help would be much appretiated.

I have laptops using openvpn (router to router) with the full, not the guest wifi network, working flawlessly for several years now over openvpn.
