VPN Passthrought not working with rt-n66u fw:378.51

Hi everyone,

I past the last two weeks trying to resolve my VPN issue.
from my laptop, i have to connect to my workplace from home but even if I set to enable the vpn passthrought options (IPSEC ...) I'm not able to connect anymore..

Does someone have an idea?
