VPN Policy rules director

Did set up the openvpn client to express vpn and policy rule in director for client .223 to go through vpn but traffic is not redirected.
Anything else I need to do? Never used dierctor before but when I used the old way of redirecting traffic never had a problem

That screenshot is mostly unreadable, but it seems to me that you have configured .223 to be redirected through WAN, not through VPN.
