WAN Connection over a Mobilephone?

Is there a way, if my Internet Provider have problems to use my Mobilephone as WAN connection? I know i can setup hotspots, but other Machines that are connected with LAN, dont have Internet at this moment.

Or must every Machine have a connection to a repeater? A repeater can take the Internet from a Mobilephone or?
 
You can use USB Tethering if you have an Android phone.

USB Application > 3G/4G > Enable USB Mode
