Websites timing out

Ever since getting this router I get frequent websites timing out. I have tried different settings on the router like turning off the firewall, etc. I have also cleared the NVRAM both before and after updating the firmware. I have also tried using a couple different DNS servers (OpenDNS and Google). This happens on both wired and wireless connections on all of my devices that connect to the router. I have tried the three latest firmwares and they all do it (.270, .354, .370). I do not seem to have this issue when I connect my desktop directly to my Zhone DSL modem. I am very disappointed in this router.
