or do I keep that . I n the email they state "" Wireless and Network product lines: Power Related issues, return power cord and adapter. Do not send support discs or user manuals.""
Does that mean if the failure is not power related I keep the power adapter and just send the router ?
Do I send the antennas or keep those as well ?
Thanks .

I would send everything except the manuals as stated. Why take a chance that might delay the process.

Send the antennas and the main body, keep everything else. If you are having issues with powering on the router or the router fails to boot, then send in the power adapter. Otherwise, go ahead and keep your power supply.

@Asusnet Do you work for Asus ? If so you should have something by your id saying your an employee that would be helpfull. Jim!!

That's how I read it as well . Just want to be sure . Power supply is fine , problem has nothing to do with power delivery , router is in an endless loop and the radios 2.4 and 5 never light up

Thanks .

I would send in exactly what Asus requests you to send in, no more, no less. If you have any questions, ask Asus. Wouldn't be making any assumptions about anything.

But that's just me, I like to get these things done as quickly and cleanly as possible.
