New Around Here
Hi. We are a small company of consultants and about 10 people are working from home while 10 people are working in a central offices. We would need a NAS that has good features of remote access. All users use Windows. While in the office we have IT support and a network administrator who knows NAS, the external users do not have a lot of IT knowledge so it would be best if they don't have to configure anything and can just see the NAS shares as a Windows-drive for example. Which NAS is the best for user-friendly remote accesss.
We did try Iomegas IX2-200 but the internals are not reliable enough for an office, e.g. the flash memory and the software have broken down many times and the remote access sometimes just doesn't work at all.

Any suggestions for a good NAS?
