I was reading FlexQoS documentation. Point 7 notes that Learn from home is recommended to be kept at the bottom of priority list. Does anyone why? What qualifies as Learn from home? I would think services like Zoom , google meet, But they are also used for Work from home, so why put it at bottom of list.

For a list of Work-From-Home versus Learn-From-Home, see this thread:

The reason to keep Learn-From-Home at or near the bottom of the priority list is because there is nothing unique in it.

Learn-From-Home = Streaming + Web services (part of Web Surfing)

So if you set Learn-From-Home at a higher priority than Streaming, you'll be confused why Netflix is showing up in the Learn-From-Home category instead of Streaming. But when Streaming is higher priority than Learn-From-Home, everything is fine.

The same goes for some Web Surfing applications. As long as Streaming and Web Surfing are higher priority than Learn-From-Home, traffic will get prioritized how you would expect it to, without surprises.

And since there is nothing else remaining in Learn-From-Home except Streaming and Web Surfing, it really serves no purpose and may as well be at the bottom of the priority list.
