Wifi and time scheduler and mesh

I have ac86 and the ac68 in a mesh setup. With the ac86 as the master node. I have set the wifi time scheduler in the ac86 to off at night, but it's still on. Do I have to turn it off the ac68 mesh node as well? I thought that was the whole point of mesh, you set everything up from the master node. I can't even access my settings on the ac68, it redirects to my ac86 login screen. How do I go about it?
