It should. The client will see this as a much stronger or closer signal and will give more of it's resources to it.

Very cool use of 3D printers.

Very old idea, fancied up with whizzy calculations and 3D printer.

A reflector will improve gain, but make the coverage more directional. Gain will apply for both transmit and receive.

But don't expect miracles.
