Wifi Card to connect with Orbi Rbk50 or powerline

I am looking to get a wifi card for my desktop or powerline networking.

Right now I have a powerline tplink 600 Mbps but I they are connecting around 200 and thru put is around 7 MB/s.

This computer house most of my media to play through out the house. My son also uses the computer for fortnight.

or a wifi card? Any recommendations on both?

I would suggest neither of those options at those prices.

I would look for an RT-AC56U if you can still find one, or any other Asus 2 Antennae, 2 Stream router that you can use as a Media Bridge.

Much faster throughput and more responsive than any powerline adaptors you can buy. Also, a much better solution, IMO, to the very limited, single-use option of a 'wifi card' too.

The RT-AC1200G may be an even better option than the older RT-AC56U's I have had so much luck with with the external antennae, even if the RT-AC56U looks sleeker.
