This could be caused by an app. Easy fix is to shut off the phone Wi-Fi at night. Also if you noticed that the power drain started after installing a particular app, delete the app.

sfx2000 Part of the Furniture Jan 8, 2017 #3 This is kind of normal - the various apps are checking in... FWIW - iphone 5 (my work phone) on LTE will run over the weekend, but put it on WiFi, and by Saturday afternoon it's needs a charge...
