the installation note when you install WireGuard manager from Martineau is unclear to me.. can someone help me out please? Is it a warning, or an 'option' re: hardware accel?
Code:
********************************************************************
* NOTE: WireGuard® is incompatible with Hardware Acceleration *
* You can disable Hardware Acceleration using command *
*                                                                  *
*                   E:Option ==> fc disable                        *
*                                                                  *
* but you will most likely limit the throughput via WAN *
* to match the maximum WireGuard® speed *
********************************************************************

Am i seeing this because i currently have hardware accel turned on?
Will the installation turn off hardware acceleration itself?
Will WG not work if hardware acceleration is on?
I cannot even find a switch for hardware acceleration (AC86U, and AX86U)
ultimately, should i do anything?

thanks

It's pretty clear what it's saying. WG won't work with HA on.

If your model router/firmware doesn't allow this to be toggled, it will be toggled off automatically (at least for certain routers).

If you have 1Gbps internet speeds now, you may find you only have around 350Mbps afterward.

It’s actually not very well worded imho.. even the distinction between warning and ‘to need to do action x’ isn't very clear, but thanks for your explanation
