Wireguard Wireguard: No access to LAN on Windows 11 Client

I'm running the Wireguard VPN server on an RT-AX86U. I use 3 clients: 1 android, 1 Win 10 and 1 Win 11 client. Config files are identical except for the address and keys. I can access my LAN devices and Samba shares without issue on the android and the Win 10 clients. I cannot access intranet devices on the Win 11 machine. All devices see the Wireguard as a private network. "Block untunneled traffic" is unchecked. A "route print" between the Win 10 and Win 11 devices looks identical. Turning off the Windows firewall makes no difference. SMB 1.0/CIFS Client is active and SMB is configured on the router for V1+V2. I see this issue referenced in probably a dozen threads, and it's usually followed by a lot of try this & that, and, in some cases, "it's working now, but I don't know what I did to make it work". Has anyone arrived at a known solution for this issue?
