Wireless Soft AP - Software Access Point

I am very pissed, i brought an Sapido USB client on advert that it will do a Soft AP. i.e Acting as a Virtual Access Point so i can make the clients works like a Router on my computer. Only that i discovered this mode only works on Windows 7 ( No where on the advert make such claim ).

Are there any other software that allows me to use my USB dongle as Router?

I just want to share my VPN connection out, and it is such a hassle.
