My routers traffic analyzer shows Wistron Infocomm (Zhongshan) Co as a client.
Mostly no activity, but some days 3GB download.

Any thoughts as to what this client is?

Probably a laptop Wi-Fi card.

change SSID or password and look which device will be shown after connect again (one by one).

They're an ODM, so there's more than a few companies that use their modules.

Good example of Wistron stuff is the DirecTV Wireless Video Bridge (oem'ed by Cisco-Linksys)
