    Sorry, I tried to delete the post, but I don't know how. I just didn't want to bother you guys.

    But my problem was, my mom turned on her Vizio television that was once connected to my network and older Vizio TV's have a feature that spy's on the user by logging the channels and time they are watching and then sending the info back to Vizio HQ.

    They had to pay a 2.2 million dollar fine to the FCC and a 17.9 Million dollar settlement with people who own their older smart TV's like the one my mom has.

    There is no way to remove the Internet access on these TV's once you have already let it have access to the router. So I did a Hard Factory Reset of the TV and it stopped the 11 second constant connections to my router.
