wlceventd messages back in log after upgrade to 46061 (AX86U)

I upgraded my AX86U (Access Point mode) from 45934 to 46061 (dirty upgrade) and I'm seeing a flood of wlceventd events back in the log. I had previously set my log_level to 5 to avoid logging all of these messages.

I reset the log_level via SSH and rebooted, but the wlceventd events continue to be logged. Is this an issue with this release or is a factory reset necessary? Other than the wlceventd log messages, everything is functioning properly.

I also noticed that the traffic statistics on my RT-AX86U haven't updated since I flashed the new firmware, so I'm going to do a full factory reset as well. Good idea if you're seeing behavior that looks anomalous.
