Xfinity and RT-AC68P and RT-AC68U

I currently have Xfinity Gigabit Internet. I use the Xfinity router with Wi-Fi off and a Apple Airport extreme plugged into the Xfinity to extend the network mode. Can I do the same thing with the RT-AC68P connected to the Xfinity Modem/Router and the RT-AC68U as a remote router in mesh across both?
