XT8 160 control channel on 5g2

I can not set the control channel. Sometimes it will let me and list them, but 98% of the time it will show auto and it picks a channel that is slow and not even in the drop down when it does let me manually change it. Then when I can set it it also will revert to whatever it wants. But I get the best performance on 100.

Try using a PC instead of a phone. Be sure to try different browsers, and flush their cache too.

I’ve tried all of that. Phone, windows pc, macOS, iPad os, doesn’t seem to matter. Hard reset, soft reset though the GUI.

You might have radar interference near you that prevents DFS channels to be selected and 160 MHz channel width to be used.

You have spent the big bucks for your router(s) and then disabled features that help it work for you. Enable SmartConnect and use auto channel for all bands. Trust your router to choose what is best in its environment! It does work.
