XT8 guest network

Anyone have any advice on how to setup a guest network properly? Occasionally the devices are in the same huest SSID , but they're should different IPs?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I even trun off the guest mode, to have him connect just to the router, but he'll still occasionally get different IPs in his devices.

The guest network grants IP addresses in a different range than the main network when you select client isolation. So, for example, a guest cannot print to your printer or view your shared folders on your computer.
