Does anyone else have this issue? Could be on any mesh unit with similar casing. On movement, ie to lean the table the unit sits on the indictor light will turn from white to green. This seems to indicate there is no Internet connection but the LAN cable going into the WAN port is tight. Do LAN jacks actually requite that level of precision where some movement (can be a twist or a tile actually) would cut off Internet? OR does the green light actually indicate the router (base station) has lost connetivity to devices? The recovery is fast and this doenst not happen when the unit is not moved. Any thoughts or expereiene with this?

Tilt the main unit and if it loses connection - check System Log for WAN disconnection messages.

If WAN disconnection messages are present - the Ethernet connector on the WAN cable is lose, replace the cable and test again.

Thank you. Could not replicate it. I did check the prior log and saw some entries referencing the word "WAN" Included this one:

How to decipher? This is not the only one but the one were I see "link down"

BTW this XT9 sits adjacent to a TMobile 5 Home Internet router/modem which is also used as a backup in case my ATT&T fiber fails. Could it be due to the TMobile unit as it is plugged into LAN port 1 while AT&T is plugged into the main blue colored WAN port.

The green light is actually pulsating. This indicates the router is starting up? But why there was no loss of power plus its connecected to a UPS. Ive observed the pulsating green light on other occastions when moving the router.
