You cannot login unless logout another user first.

Got an ZenWiFi BT10 mesh here, two nodes, latest firmware. When I log into the web admin GUI, in a few seconds to a few minutes, I get booted from the GUI with the message "You cannot login unless logout another user first." So I have to try to log in again, which it lets me do, but again, in a short time I get booted with the same message. I've tried lots of things at this point, restarting the httpd server on the router, tried both safari and firefox browsers, and I've thoroughly verified that there are no other logins on other devices. Tried getting rid of cookies and dumped my browser cache, just about everything that I can think of that might be affecting this. I've even rebooted the router, no help there. And this is after having reset the BT10's to factory defaults just the other day.

The only other thing that I can think of is reverting the BT10 firmware to the previous release, but I'd rather not do that. This release is working fine otherwise.

Any ideas of what might be going on here, or what I could try that I haven't already? This is really annoying, I'm about to try another router in place of the mesh to see if it has the same problem with the web admin GUI. Haven't reported this to Asus yet, since I haven't been able to stay logged in long enough for that to occur to me before I get logged out again. In any case, don't know if I can get enough time to do a "feedback" report. I guess if I try another router and it doesn't have this problem, my only choice is to revert to the previous firmware. I'm hoping that there's something obvious here that I'm just not seeing.

Disable IPv6.

The BT10 routers don't have IPv6 enabled, but the AT&T Fiber gateway did. So I've turned that off...hoping that makes a difference, although I don't see how it could. We'll see how it goes.

Update: Haven't seen this problem since I turned off IPv6 on the AT&T fiber gateway. Assuming that fixed it, can't account for that, but I'll take it.

If it doesn't happen on previous firmware release - you have to wait for yet another firmware upgrade. It sounds more like Asuswrt web server crashing issue many folks reported in Asuswrt-Merlin release thread. You may be able to see it in System Log.
