Setup like the picture shows and modem is Zoom 5341J.
Router CFE upgraded to 1.0.1.3 but I don't think that should matter.
Same display on mine, also using a Zoom 5341J.

Ok got v6 to work on the new build. It's strange I normally always do a factory reset before upgrading firmwares and this time was no different but that seems to be what was causing the problem.
Is there a possibility your ISP is tinkering with IPv6 in your area? Some area of Comcast or is it all area has not deployed IPv6 formally?
Ok got v6 to work on the new build. It's strange I normally always do a factory reset before upgrading firmwares and this time was no different but that seems to be what was causing the problem. I reverted back to 38-2em and then upgraded back to 39-0em with no factory reset and now all is well. Merlin any idea why this would happen? I was ready to get the 12 gauge out trying to get this to work.. . Zoom 5341J here also.
I think you are confused on when to perform a factory reset. Most people reset to defaults "after" they flash the new firmware.
Asuswrt-Merlin 374.39 is now available for all routers, except for the RT-N16U (there's no newer fixed GPL code for that model yet).
It is for RT-N16 or not ....Asuswrt-Merlin - build 3.0.0.4.374.39 (31-Jan-2014)

I might be missing something but I can get OpenDNS and Yandex to work ok but Norton just does not block anything. Anyone got Norton working?
Cheers
On 38_2em it worked fine but after a day or 2 it would lose the address and a reboot was required to optain the address again I was hoping this build would have fixed that [...]
Just installed this firware and the parental controls through Norton are very nice to keep my 10 and 12 year old inline. Doesn't stop everything but better than wide open, thanks for all your help and a donation was sent about 25 minutes ago.
Also, my AC-RT66R seems faster than previous builds so thanks !
Thanks Curado Kev
I just noticed Merlin 374.39 has the same bug as Asus' beta firmware, where the USB icon is in active green status even though no USB device is connected to the router.
What would be the best way to test it?
Edit:
Well, I typed "porn" using Google and indeed nothing is stopped by Norton.
I now switched to Yandex Family and the first few hits on Google are stopped. Great!
So, Norton doesn't work here as well.
There haven't been any changes between .38 and .39 that would make a difference on that issue. I can say it shouldn't be happening in the first place. I'm on Comcast and currently have an uptime of over a week with no issue. What do you mean by "lose the address"? The prefix? The WAN addresss? If it happens again, it would possibly help to see what is in your syslog.
