    Thank You. Indeed my TV Decoder have built in WiFi for AP. When i switch it off all is working fine. So have to check the settings and i think there have been an firmware update of the box and DHCP is back on.

    I have more AP's in use indeed but they all havr DHCP off and get it from the ASUS for an IP address . The change of ip-address happens when i log off from 5Ghz en log on to 2,4 Ghz. I logged in on 5Ghz and get IP x.x.x.14 wich is good. I switch over to 2.4Ghz and get x.x.x.229 ip wich is not...

    I have an Asus RT-AC68U with Merlin 378.55. All my hardware get a fixed ip-adres with DHCP Manually Assigned IP in the router. The probleem i have is that my phones in the house use 5Ghz and when the signal is lost it switches to 2,4Ghz. In DHCP-Server I put my phone mac adres with ip...
